SMS / Messaging Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026 · Draft v0.1
The program
SymphonicBail (operated by TapCorp, LLC) sends text messages on behalf of licensed bail-bond agencies to the people those agencies manage. Messages are strictly transactional and relate to the recipient's own bail bond:
- Court-date reminders
- Missed-court (failure-to-appear) alerts
- Secure payment links for amounts owed on the bond
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How consent is obtained
A phone number is collected directly from the individual by a licensed bail agent during the bail-bond transaction — in person or by phone — with the individual's permission to receive these transactional reminders about their own bond. The agent records that consent against the contact in the platform, and a number is texted only when consent has been recorded. We do not purchase, rent, or obtain phone numbers from third-party or marketing lists, and mobile opt-in information is never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies and is driven by events on the recipient's bond (for example, an upcoming court date). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at SymphonicBail@tapcorpllc.com. The agency that manages your bond is also identified in every message.
